College Now Greater Cleveland

Both the Malone Scholarship Fund and The Stacey Bell Scholarship Fund are managed by College Now Greater Cleveland. The vision and mission statement of College Now is:

Vision - All who seek higher education will have the support they need to successfully complete their postsecondary education, lead more satisfying and productive lives, and contribute to the region's economic vitality.

Mission - To increase college enrollment and success, primarily for students from Cuyahoga County, through leadership, collaboration and the provision of advisory services and need-based financial assistance.

Overview - In 2008-2009 our advisors helped 19,763 students and adults prepare for college and apply for financial aid. College Now awarded $2.7 million in scholarships to 2,156 students. With our guidance, College Now students received an additional $38.5 million in scholarships from government, institutions and private sources. This leverage amounted to $13 in financial aid for every $1 that College Now awarded.
